An oval case twenty-eight millimetres across and eight millimetres thick, set with a single row of small rhinestones around the bezel and carried on a link bracelet that continues the case’s curve rather than fighting it. The maker calls the shape a bathtub, which is the trade’s nickname for this elongated oval and nothing more literal than that. Eleven colourways are filed across three case finishes — gold-tone, two-tone and silver — paired with green, white, gold and black dials, so the range covers the restrained end and the showy end from one mould. What the listing does not file is water resistance: there is no rating row at all, so this page makes no water claim and the piece should be treated as dry-only. The clasp is copper rather than stainless steel, which is worth knowing because a copper jewellery clasp is the part that dulls first. The movement is quartz and the maker files the same two digits as both its brand and its calibre, so no movement name appears on this page. (Plating thickness and bracelet length: TO BE CONFIRMED with the maker.)

  • Colour: Gold-tone or two-tone case, nine dial colours filed from green and white to gold and black
  • Sizes: Dial 28 mm across
  • Material: Quartz movement; mineral-hardened glass; copper jewellery clasp; rhinestone-set bezel

Rhinestones are a finish, not a stone

The bezel stones are rhinestones — glass, foiled at the back to throw light. That is a perfectly good jewellery finish and it is the reason the piece costs what it costs; what it is not is a diamond or a cubic zirconia setting, and nobody should be told otherwise at the counter. Set into a bezel rather than glued onto a flat surface, they hold far better than the glued rows on cheaper fashion watches.

No water rating means dry only

With no resistance row filed, the honest instruction is that this watch comes off before hands go into water. A copper clasp reinforces the point: moisture is what turns the plating and then the clasp. For a wholesale order, put that line on the care card in the box and it stops being a return.

Why we chose it

Because eleven colourways off one mould is a range a small retailer can actually stock, and the piece is priced like the fashion watch it is rather than dressed up as fine jewellery.

Care

  • Keep it dry — no rating is filed, so take it off before washing hands, showering or swimming.
  • Wipe the bezel with a soft dry cloth; rhinestones are glass and a rough cloth dulls the foiling over time.
  • Store it flat in a pouch so the bracelet does not rub against other jewellery and scratch the plating.
