Shipping policy

Shipping from China

Everything leaves from our supply base in Fujian, China. Freight is the part of a wholesale order that is easiest to hide and hardest to guess, so we publish the benchmark we work from and confirm the firm number in your written quote before you pay anything.

China domestic

Orders delivered inside mainland China are sent by domestic express courier, dispatched within 1–3 working days of the order being confirmed.

  • Standard delivery — USD 1.40
  • Express delivery — USD 3.50
  • Remote areas (Xinjiang, Tibet and similar) — USD 6.30

International

International orders move on one of three modes, chosen with you at quote stage:

  • Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS) — charged per kilogram, 3–7 days door to door. Published 2026 benchmarks run USD 5–13 per kg.
  • Air freight via a forwarder — charged per kilogram, roughly 10–300 kg. Published benchmarks run USD 3.90–9.80 per kg, plus 30–60% in accessory charges.
  • Sea freight (LCL) — charged per cubic metre, 28–45 days port to port. Published benchmarks run USD 40–180 per CBM.

The two checkout rates shown for international destinations are indicative flat rates: USD 20.00 standard, USD 45.00 express courier. A wholesale order is quoted per order and the quote governs.

What is not included

Import duty, VAT or sales tax, remote-area surcharges, peak-season surcharges and storage or demurrage are shown as separate line items, never folded into a freight benchmark. Where a lane has no published benchmark we say “quoted per order” instead of guessing a number.

Delivery terms

DAP and DDP are both available and are stated on your quote. Under DDP we clear the goods and pay the duty to your door; under DAP the duty is yours on arrival.
