Champagne Sequin Pump

A pointed pump with the whole upper faced in sequins, on a stiletto, in champagne gold at 8 cm and at 10 cm. The maker files the face as 亮片布, sequin cloth, and then files the pattern as 纯色 — solid colour — which the photographs contradict, since a sequin face is nothing of the kind; the photographs win and the contradiction is recorded here rather than tidied away. Lining is microfibre over a PU sock. One colour only: this is a wedding and evening shoe and it is sold as one.

Why we chose it

Because a sequin pump in champagne is the most requested bridal shoe after ivory satin, and this is the only one in the batch where the sequins are the whole face rather than a trim.

Care

• Wipe the upper with a soft dry cloth. Sequins and crystals catch on knitwear — store the pair in the dust bag they ship in, not loose in a wardrobe.
• Heels of this height live or die by the tip. Check the top piece before the first wear and again after a wet week.
• Keep leather-lined pairs away from radiators; the lining cracks before the upper does.
